Registration/ Withdrawals/Certificate of School Enrollment

Please allow 24-72 (hrs) turnaround time
NEW Students (out-of-state) coming into DeKalb County School District must complete online registration at the DCSD website: http://www.dekalbschoolsga.org/registration/
- Once you have completed online registration and received your email confirmation, please email your student’s name and application number to the RHS registrar: [email protected]
You can expect a 24-48 hour turnaround time.
TRANSFER Students (attended another DCSD school):
- Parent/guardian must scan or email residency information, current lease or mortgage statement, and utility bill along with a copy of parent/guardian ID to the RHS Registrar: [email protected]

RETURNING Students (attended DCSD within the last 2 years):
- Please email the following acceptable residency proof to the RHS Registrar: [email protected]
- Current utility bill or lease (must show parent/guardian name).
- Parent/Guardian's current official Picture ID.
Withdrawals
- Email your withdrawal request and a copy of your Picture ID for verification to the RHS Registrar: [email protected]

Certificate of School Enrollment (certificate is valid for 15-30 days from issuance)
- Please email [email protected] with the following information:
- Student’s full name and date-of-birth
- Home address
ADAP/Alcohol & Drug Awareness Program Certificate
Student or parent will email [email protected]with the following information:
- Student’s full name and date-of-birth
- Health teacher whom student took the exam
- Student or parent's cell and/or phone number
